Tom Pabin, President
Tom started College Finance and Planning, Inc. in Lexington in 1996.
Tom has worked with 71 high schools. He currently conducts financial
aid workshops with 23 high schools in Kentucky. Tom is actively involved
with his church’s youth ministry program and teaches 8th grade Sunday
School.
Tom is the Area Coordinator for Lexington, Cincinnati, Eastern & Central Kentucky
and West Virginia. |

Sean Smith, Lexington Area Coordinator
Sean joined the company in March, 2000 as an assistant manager for
the Lexington Office. He was soon promoted to manager of our second
Lexington office. Sean’s background is in business management and
he has been a volunteer youth minister in Lexington for the past 6 years.
Sean works with students in Lexington and surrounding counties. |
